Grace, So Amazing
Unconditional love is such an amazing thing. I had an opportunity to witness it, up close and personal, with some friends of mine today. They received some news that at minimum would have been devastasting and could have destroyed some relationships. Their grace was amazing, after the fashion of Jesus...they will continue to support and love the one dealing the bad news, no matter what.
When we witness the love of others, when we are the recipient of grace, it makes us so much more grateful for the awesome love of Christ through His death on the cross.
During this 40 day Lenten period, I want to take a fresh look at my relationship with God and look at how I can better love others; through encouragement, through practical support, through the little things that make a difference.
God, help us all to love more like you do.
